Placing, changing or cancelling an order

If you contact us later and the package has already been packed by our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled anymore. You can of course return your order.

    At Raca Parts you can easily place your order online, by telephone or e-mail. If you do not have an account yet, you can register online as a new customer. If you already have an account, you can place your order directly online, place an repeat order or make changes to your data. For resale conditions, favourable offers, larger numbers or, for example, your own logo on our products, please contact our sales department.

Delivery and pick up options

  • Can I also pick up my order at Raca Parts?

    Yes, it is possible to pick up your order at our pick-up location at Arnoudstraat 22 in Hillegom, the Netherlands..

  • Can I have my order delivered on appointment?

  • Will I receive a track and trace?

    When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with a UPS track and trace code. On the UPS website you can see when your order will be delivered. If you are not present at the time of delivery, UPS will leave a note and come back to you the next business day. Delivery will be attempted three times before the package is returned to us.

    Have you received a wrong package or are you missing a package? Please contact us and we will fix the problem as soon as possible.

  • Can I also pick up my order at a pick-up location?

    Yes, it is possible to pick up your order at a pick-up location. You just have to indicate in your shopping cart that you want to pick up your order from a UPS pick-up location.

  • Can I receive my order today?

  • What are the delivery times?

    If you place an order before 4:00 pm, your order will be shipped the same day (if on stock). In all other cases we will keep you informed about the status of your order. UPS delivers the packages Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you want to hire your own carrier or if you want to pick up your order, please contact us for the possibilities.

  • Can my order be delivered to a different delivery address?

    Yes, you can adjust the delivery address during the ordering process. When you are logged into your account, you can create multiple delivery addresses and choose the correct address during the ordering process. It is not possible to send orders to a PO box.

  • Wat gebeurt er met mijn bestelling als ik niet aanwezig ben op de locatie?

    Wanneer u niet aanwezig bent op de bezorglocatie, wordt er nog 2 keer een poging gedaan om de bestelling bij u af te leveren. Na deze 2 pogingen wordt het pakket terug naar ons, Raca Group BV, verzonden.
