RMA (Return of Material Authorisation) Guide

If you wish to return an item, please follow the procedure below so that we can deal with your complaint and/or repair as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Please note: A returned shipment with an RMA form (including RMA code) will be dealt with more quickly.

RMA procedure:

  1. Complete the RMA form (request one by email (info@racaparts.com) or by phone 0031 (0)252 227 070). After you have fully completed and signed this form, you can email it to info@racaparts.com or fax it 0031 (0)252 533 922.
  2. We shall send the form back to you together with a valid RMA code within two days.
  3. Finally, you must include a copy of the returned RMA form bearing the RMA code and a copy of the invoice with the return shipment.

 

RMA Conditions

  • Items that you are returning for credit (e.g. in the event of a wrong delivery) must be in their original undamaged packaging. Use additional packaging to return the goods. Transport damage arising from inadequate packing may invalidate the guarantee.
  • All returned batteries are tested by Raca Batteries. If, after testing, we are unable to detect the defect that you specified, then we shall return the battery/batteries to you and charge you for the shipping costs.
  • The RMA code is only valid for the item returned and does not automatically result in the issue of a credit note.
  • Goods must be returned within five days of the RMA code being allocated to the address below:
  • Raca Batteries Nederland BV, Arnoudstraat 22, 2182 DZ Hillegom, The Netherlands.
  • Shipments for which no postage or insufficient postage has been paid will NOT be accepted by Raca Batteries.
  • In the case of items returned within 10 working days after delivery due to incorrect ordering, we will credit 100% of the purchase amount excluding transport costs. In the case of items returned after 10 working days and up to three months after delivery, we will credit 90% of the purchase amount. We do not take back any power packs or batteries after three months. This is conditional upon the amount to be credited being at least € 12.50. We will exchange the item (if it is in stock) or repay the purchase price of the items within 10 working days, depending on your wishes. Any shipping/cash-on-delivery costs charged will not be reimbursed.
  • The guarantee period for the product must not have expired.
  • We cannot offer refunds on bespoke products that have been ordered incorrectly.
  • If we identify a defect, we will repair the product if possible. Should this not be possible, then we will replace it with a new one. In both cases, the guarantee period shall remain unchanged for a minimum of three months. We use the return conditions of the manufacturer regarding original brand products.


REMARK: The return/guarantee period does not constitute a trial or test period.
